Ulrich Schulte

Management board technology and sales

Ulrich Schulte was appointed to the board of VECOPLAN AG in August 2009 and was at first responsible for the divisions finances, technology, IT and human resources. Since July 2011 Mr. Schulte focussed entirely on technology and advanced innovations in research and development. Further Ulrich Schulte has also taken over the sales management and directs the fields of service and after sales.
Following his apprenticeship as a toolmaker and the degree in mechanical engineering, Ulrich Schulte worked as a production specialist in the automobile industry. Prior to his appointment as a member of the board of VECOPLAN AG, he was the chairman of the executive board at the automotive supplier company Standard-Metallwerke GmbH, Werl.

Ute Just

Management board finances, controlling and human resources

Ute Juste has been appointed in July 2011 to the board of directors at VECOPLAN AG and is responsible for finances, human resources and IT.
After her apprenticeship for industrial clerk she successfully graduated to an international financial account and thereafter achieved successfully the title of a tax consultant. As an expert for finances and controlling she worked in different medium-sized businesses, e.g. Heitkamp Umwelttechnik. Ute Just has been the deputy leader for finances, controlling and human resources at Hochtief Software GmbH, till she started in 2007 at M.A.X. Automation in Duesseldorf as the head of the financial department.

Irene Scheidweiler

Management board

Irene Scheidweiler began her commercial training at the age of 13 at a mechanical engineering company in Westerwald, and was appointed head of sales shortly after gaining her qualification. At the age of 22, Irene Scheidweiler established her own company VECOPLAN Verkaufs-, Konstruktions- und Planungsbüro (sales, engineering design and planning) GmbH & Co., from which today's VECOPLAN AG grew.
